The AE-1200’s little instrument-panel layout feels at home with a space theme. A silver metal faceplate carries the red NASA logo above the world map, while a modelled clay moon fills the circular window on the left. Its rough surface and small craters give the otherwise flat face a little depth.
The moon is the detail that makes this build. Rather than a printed image, it has a physical texture that catches the light beneath the crystal. The large time display and world map remain visible alongside it, keeping the familiar Casio Royale layout easy to recognise.
An orange sailcloth strap brings a bright spacesuit-inspired accent to the silver face and steel case. Metal converters take the 18 mm attachment out to 20 mm for the strap. The woven texture picks up the handmade character of the moon, while the polished bezel frames the whole thing like a small piece of flight equipment.
